His desire to help others led him to support family members in their health journeys, whether it was assisting them with weight loss or quitting smoking.
Inspired by his family’s medical background—his mother, a board-certified OB/GYN, and his father, a board-certified anesthesiologist—Dr. Mahmoud developed a strong admiration for the medical profession. Visiting his father at the hospital, he witnessed firsthand the impact doctors could have on improving patients’ quality of life. These formative experiences, combined with his volunteer work at the House of Hope for children with cancer, ultimately steered Dr. Mahmoud toward a career in medicine, where he has been making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
